1. The AgreementBy engaging with Kachna Legacy ("the Service"), you acknowledge that we are not merely service providers but custodians of your personal history. This agreement creates a binding covenant between you ("The Client") and Kachna Legacy.

2. Intellectual PropertyWhile the memories belong to you, the artistic presentation, cinematic structure, and specific formatting created by our team remain the intellectual property of Kachna Legacy until full payment is rendered.

3. Payment & DeliveryOur process involves high-tier resources. A non-refundable deposit is required to commence the "Extraction" phase. Final delivery of the "Legacy Book" or digital assets occurs only upon settlement of the final invoice.
